My daughter (aged 8) struggles with anxiety and has never managed to really have an eye test until she met Claire. Claire was wonderful at making her feel more at ease and reassuring her while explaining things step by step. Claire had a very understanding approach to her individual needs and showed great patience with her. She is a credit to your company.

Claire was very diligent in her examination of my eyes. When I informed her that my sister had just been diagnosed with glaucoma Claire then went through the full examination again just to reassure me that my pressure was not causing any concern. This was reassuring as to date we do not have a family history of glaucoma. I would feel totally confident to contact Claire in the future should I have any concerns which I would like to discuss with an optometrist.

I cannot recommend Claire highly enough. She is professional, diligent and personable. Whilst attending a routine eye check with Claire, she spotted a small hole at the back of my retina and called the eye hospital as a precaution. Her instinct was right and I had surgery for a detached retina three days later. Since I didn't have any symptoms whatsoever, it is thanks to Claire and her quick thinking that my vision has not been compromised. Post surgery, it was fantastic to see Claire again for a follow up eye check to confirm my prescription. Highly recommended - thank you, Claire!
